Welcome to the Partnership!
Welcome to the Partnership, Valley Community for Recycling Solutions and Turkey Red!
The Mat Su Salmon Habitat Partnership is proud to welcome two new partners. In joining, they support our work to preserve salmon habitat in the Mat Su.
Valley Community for Recycling Solutions is “a community of enthusiastic recyclers with a vision for our future.” A non-profit providing the valley with recycling services since 1997, they are an active force for diverting waste from landfills across the Mat-Su.
Turkey Red Restaurant has collaborated with the Mat Su Salmon Habitat Partnership to host the wild, local and traditional foods dinner as part of the Mat-Su Salmon Symposium for the past several years. Since opening in 2008, the restaurant has served sustainable, local food, including wild Alaskan salmon.
We are grateful for the partnership of these stalwart valley organizations.
